Description
Hybrid Filter is a combination of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) and Fabric Filter (FF). In this system, particulate-laden gas first passes through an electrostatic section, where particles are electrically charged and collected on electrode plates. The partially cleaned gas then flows through a fabric filter section, where remaining fine particles are captured on filter bags. This integrated design maximizes particle removal efficiency, reduces overall system pressure drop, and extends the life of the fabric filters by reducing dust load. The Hybrid Filter is particularly effective in industrial applications requiring high-efficiency dust removal and low emissions.
