VVVF (variable voltage variable frequency) inverter is a key device in rail transit power drive system, mainly used for power conversion and regulation to ensure the smooth operation and energy efficiency optimization of motors. Compared with traditional silicon (Si) materials, SiC materials have higher thermal conductivity and larger band gap, which means that SiC devices can maintain good performance at high temperatures and high voltages, reduce power losses, and thus improve system efficiency.
