The semiconductor rapid annealing furnace is a high-precision heat treatment equipment widely used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. It is mainly used for short-time, high-temperature heating of wafers to achieve the purpose of ion implantation activation, stress release, contact resistance reduction and film modification. The equipment uses infrared lamps or lasers as heating sources to heat the wafer surface to 800℃-1200℃ in a few seconds. At the same time, it has an extremely fast heating and cooling rate (up to hundreds of degrees Celsius per second), thereby effectively avoiding internal heat diffusion and structural damage of the wafer, maintaining good crystal quality and line width control. The rapid annealing furnace uses a high-purity inert atmosphere or hydrogen environment, combined with a precise temperature control system and real-time feedback mechanism to achieve precise control of heating uniformity and process repeatability.
